Configured around a central landscaped garden oasis, the apartment’s bright living spaces create an organic sense of harmony. The Alex’s environmentally synergised design is coupled with thoughtful landscaping, highly functional floorplans and strong sense of style. Introduced by a dramatic, gallery inspired entry foyer, the apartments face outwards with a focus on seamless indoor/outdoor living.

The key to the design is the location, with excellent exposure on all sides and floor to ceiling glass doors connecting the living spaces. The precast bevelled concrete interloc system allowed for unique building-depth balconies, creating pathways of light and endless perspectives of the surrounding treescape. With light comes the need for attention to detail. Zen Group Constructions delivered, and the project was sold out within 4 weeks of going to market.
