Paying homage to the spirit of the seas with design inspired by the Sampan Sails of yesteryear, The Bellevue is a
distinctive home nestled in Sydney’s iconic Eastern Suburbs.
The laser guided architectural projections across the radii illicit a sense of purpose, inviting people into the home, along the radial connections through the open plan living areas, to ultimately direct their gaze across the sparkling coastline.

The brief of this project was to create design forward luxury with no compromise on quality. Adorned with Terrazo flooring, in-floor heating throughout, app controlled RGBW lighting system, curved sliding stacker door profiles and many more features, this architectural marvel is at the forefront of technology integration in the modern home.
Sound is managed through the incorporation of acoustic panels lining common areas and adorned in imported french silk. The curved formed steps form a connection to the garden via the sunken lounge which is lined with a built-in italian custom profile lounge.
